Hello, this is Sandoll Cloud.
We sincerely thank everyone who cherishes and supports Sandoll Cloud.
We would like to inform you that the Sandoll Cloud Privacy Policy will be updated as follows.
1. Effective Date
The revised Privacy Policy will take effect on January 9, 2024.
2. Key Changes
1. Removal of Dormant Member Policy
• Due to amendments in the Personal Information Protection Act, the policy regarding dormant members will be removed.

3) For the protection of personal information,
if a user does not log in to the site for 12 months,
their ID can be classified as a dormant account,
and the use of that account may be suspended.
In this case, the company will notify the user 30 days
prior to the scheduled date of processing the dormant account through one of the following methods:
email, written notice, or SMS.
If the user confirms their identity and expresses their intention to continue using the site, they will be able to use the site again.

3. Inquiries and Withdrawal of Consent
If you do not agree with the revised terms, you can withdraw your consent by canceling your membership.
However, please note that in this case, your use of SandollCloud services and the ability to view your font usage license history may be restricted.
To cancel your membership, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the [Edit Membership Information](Sandoll Cloud website) section on the Sandoll Cloud website.
2. Select the option for “Cancel Membership.”
