  • What is product authentication?
    Authentication is a service within Sandoll Cloud that verifies the legitimacy of a buyers font. Through this authentication banners and certificates, users can authenticate the validity of their font products and submit them when necessary. You can obtain it from My Page > License Management, and with the authentication number on the genuine certificate, you can check whether you have obtained a legitimate license on the genuine authentication page below:

  • I want to extend the subscription for the product I am currently using.

    You can directly extend the subscription for the product you are currently using as follows: My Page > Payment History > Verify the subscription you want to extend > Click on the Extend Payment button under the payment status.


  • I want to change my current subscription to a different one. For example, from Basic to Life.

    To switch to a different product, you need to cancel your current subscription. For Basic/Smart monthly subscriptions, you can cancel the subscription, and from the next scheduled payment date, no further payments will be processed, and the subscription will expire. However, all Life products have a minimum 1-year contract, making it difficult to cancel before fulfilling the 1-year commitment.


  • If a monthly subscription payment fails, what should I do?

    Monthly subscription payments can fail due to card reissuance, exceeding the credit limit, insufficient balance, and other card issues. You can check the reason for the failed regular payment in My Page > Payment History. To resolve this, you can repurchase the product from the store page linked to by the Repurchase button.


  • I want to change the card for my monthly/annual subscription payment.

    My Page > Payment History > Click on the Monthly/Annual Subscription tab > Verify the product you want to change > Click on Change Card Information under the payment method. From the next scheduled payment date, the regular payment will be processed with the new card you have chosen.


  • How do you register and use licenses for multiple users in a corporate setting?

    * Individual employees who will be using the service must first sign up as individual members on Sandoll Cloud.

    Employees can input the license code received from the corporate administrator in Individual Member Login > My Page > Usage Management.


    <Method for corporate administrators to register>

    1. Collect the Sandoll Cloud email IDs of individual employees who have signed up as individual members.

    2. In the My Page > License Management section of the corporate member who purchased the license, click the <Register User> button and enter the Sandoll Cloud email IDs of individual employees.

  • I want to change my Sandoll Cloud username.

    You can change your email ID in Login > My Page > Edit Member Information. Both individual and corporate members can change their email IDs, but the new email must not be associated with an existing Sandoll Cloud account.


  • I want to withdraw my membership from Sandoll Cloud.

    At the bottom of Login > My Page > Edit Member Information, you can find the Withdraw Membership menu to withdraw your membership. Upon withdrawal, you will no longer be able to use Sandoll Cloud fonts, and all activated fonts in Cloud Bridge will be deleted. There will be no record of your Sandoll Cloud subscription history, which means you won have license protection for any work created. However, if you still wish to withdraw, for license protection, you should download and keep the genuine font authentication certificate.


  • I want to switch to a student membership.

    In the path of Login > My Page > Edit Member Information, you can switch to Student/Youth Membership by selecting the menu at the bottom.


  • During my monthly subscription, suddenly the font isn't working.

    Please check the expiration date of your subscription. If your monthly subscription has been canceled, you should verify the status of the card used for the subscription.

    Its possible that your card has been reissued, your credit card limit has been exceeded, or your debit card balance is insufficient.
