  • * Individual employees who will be using the service must first sign up as individual members on Sandoll Cloud.



    <Method for individual employees to register themselves>

    Employees can input the license code received from the corporate administrator in Individual Member Login > My Page > Usage Management.


    <Method for corporate administrators to register>

    1. Collect the Sandoll Cloud email IDs of individual employees who have signed up as individual members.

    2. In the My Page > License Management section of the corporate member who purchased the license, click the <Register User> button and enter the Sandoll Cloud email IDs of individual employees.

  • You can change your email ID in Login > My Page > Edit Member Information. Both individual and corporate members can change their email IDs, but the new email must not be associated with an existing Sandoll Cloud account.
  • At the bottom of Login > My Page > Edit Member Information, you can find the Withdraw Membership menu to withdraw your membership. Upon withdrawal, you will no longer be able to use Sandoll Cloud fonts, and all activated fonts in Cloud Bridge will be deleted. There will be no record of your Sandoll Cloud subscription history, which means you won have license protection for any work created. However, if you still wish to withdraw, for license protection, you should download and keep the genuine font authentication certificate.
  • In the path of Login > My Page > Edit Member Information, you can switch to Student/Youth Membership by selecting the menu at the bottom.
