You can directly extend the subscription for the product you are currently using as follows: My Page > Payment History > Verify the subscription you want to extend > Click on the Extend Payment button under the payment status.

- I want to change my current subscription to a different one. For example, from Basic to Life.

To switch to a different product, you need to cancel your current subscription. For Basic/Smart monthly subscriptions, you can cancel the subscription, and from the next scheduled payment date, no further payments will be processed, and the subscription will expire. However, all Life products have a minimum 1-year contract, making it difficult to cancel before fulfilling the 1-year commitment.

- If a monthly subscription payment fails, what should I do?

Monthly subscription payments can fail due to card reissuance, exceeding the credit limit, insufficient balance, and other card issues. You can check the reason for the failed regular payment in My Page > Payment History. To resolve this, you can repurchase the product from the store page linked to by the Repurchase button.

- I want to change the card for my monthly/annual subscription payment.

My Page > Payment History > Click on the Monthly/Annual Subscription tab > Verify the product you want to change > Click on Change Card Information under the payment method. From the next scheduled payment date, the regular payment will be processed with the new card you have chosen.
