products How can I subscribe to a branded product?: You can subscribe to font licenses (branded products) such as Basic, Smart, and Life through [Subscription].

products How to preserve the original files if I can no longer use the font due to the end of the brands presence: If the font provided by Sandoll Cloud is discontinued due to the brands exit, its essential to protect your intellectual property. Therefore, we recommend saving the original files you created using the font in the form of final image files before the font license expiration date.

※ Final Image File Formats:

- Convert the original working files into images (JPG, PDF, etc.).

- Convert the text in the original working files to outlines.

products Can corporate members also purchase package or individual products?: Corporate members can also purchase package products and individual products. If multiple employees will be using them, please note that one product is intended for one user. Therefore, adjust the quantity of the product in the cart according to the number of users and manage users through User Management button in My Page > License Management after purchase.
