  • For Windows, it is compatible with Windows 7 and later versions. For Macintosh, it is compatible with OS X 10.12 and later versions. (It may be difficult to provide full support for lower versions).
  • There is no limit to the number of PCs where Cloud Bridge can be installed, but simultaneous logins are not possible.

Therefore, if you have installed Cloud Bridge on computers A and B, you need to log out from computer A before logging in to computer B to use it.

Additionally, Sandoll Cloud does not allow multiple users (2 or more) to access the same account simultaneously. If there are multiple users (n) who need to use the fonts, it is necessary to have an appropriate service plan for the number of users.

  • Please check if the following apply:

    - Make sure the font you want to use is activated in Cloud Bridge (indicated by a blue checkmark).
    - Ensure that Cloud Bridge was running before launching the program you want to use the font in (programs like MS Office require Cloud Bridge to be running first for proper functionality).
    - Activated fonts are synchronized to the font list with the same name as in Cloud Bridge. Look for fonts starting with Sandoll.
    - Font names may appear in English depending on user-specified software settings. For example, Sandoll 제비 may appear as Sandoll Jebi.
    - Check the list of supported programs at the bottom of each product page to confirm compatibility.
Please note that Sandoll Cloud is a cloud-based service that does not provide font files. If the program you e using only supports locally installed fonts and does not support cloud-based font services, you may not be able to use Sandoll fonts smoothly in that program.
  • To maintain the fonts used in your work, you need to install Cloud Bridge on the PC you e using to check the work, activate the fonts youve worked with, and then view the files. Alternatively, you can save the work as a PDF and view it from the saved PDF without any font issues.
